Clubmate Product Update May 25

We’re excited to announce a series of new features that have recently been added to Clubmate! These updates are designed to boost security, streamline your operations, and give you more control over how your club is managed. Take a look at what’s now live:

👶 Age Restrictions for Memberships, Appointments & Activities
Set minimum and maximum age limits to ensure only members of the appropriate age can sign up. Whether it’s a Junior Membership or age-specific sessions, this update puts you in full control.

  • Age restrictions can be added when creating or editing any membership, appointment, or activity.

  • Once set, restrictions are enforced automatically.

  • Available for all users.

Set it up with these guides:

    Memberships →
    Activities →

    Appointments →

✅ New Task Sorting Toggle on the Admin Dashboard
You now have the flexibility to sort tasks your way. With the new toggle on the admin dashboard, switch between ascending and descending order of task due dates.

  • By default, tasks are shown with the nearest due date first.

  • Toggle to view the latest or furthest due items at the top.

  • Helps prioritise time-sensitive actions efficiently.

📦 Prevent Overselling with Product Stock Level Control
You now have the ability to limit product sales based on available stock. When stock hits zero, the product will automatically be marked ‘Out of stock’ and unavailable for purchase.

  • To enable, go to Advanced Options in a product and tick ‘Prevent overselling of product’.

  • Keeps your stock levels accurate and avoids overselling.

  • Available across all product types.

🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Increased Security
Protect your Clubmate account with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This security feature requires users to enter a one-time password at each login, offering robust protection against unauthorised access.

  • Enable or disable this feature via Settings > Club Info.

  • Available as a bolt-on for £50/month + VAT.

🕒 Custom Login Timeout Periods (When 2FA is Enabled)
Clubs can now override the default login timeout period (1 month) if 2FA is switched on. This allows you to define how long a session remains active without activity.

  • Set your preferred inactivity timeout (in minutes) in Club Settings.
