How do we get our Angling Trust 20% discount?
When you sign up, we'll ask you for your Angling Trust membership number. This will unlock a 20% discount which will be applied against your invoice.
How much do online payments cost?
Card payments cost 2.3% + 20p per transaction.
Direct Debit payments cost 2% per transaction, this includes a 1% Clubmate transaction fee.
What qualifies as a member?
For pricing purposes we define members as those who hold an active membership plan within Clubmate. We do not include prospective, cancelled, lapsed or expired memberships.
Can we personalise the photo ID cards?
All cards can be personalised with: Club Logo, Club name, Member name, Member number, Expiry date, Membership package & Gate PIN (if applicable)
Is there any tax to be added?
Yes, all pricing excludes VAT.
What is a ticket credit?
A ticket credit allows an angler to purchase a day ticket or open match entry. Each plan provides a monthly limit of credits you can sell per month.

Our club isn't a member of the Angling Trust - can we still sign up?
Yes! Clubmate is available to all Fishing clubs, Syndicates and Fisheries, irrespective of whether you are members of the Angling Trust.
We are only small, isn't Clubmate just for large fisheries?
Clubmate has been created to help any club of any size. We believe that technology should be benefit even the smallest of clubs. Whether you have 10 members or 3,000 - Clubmate can help make life easier for you and your members.
We have an existing club website, will Clubmate work with that?
Absolutely. Clubmate has been designed to be really easy to link in to any website.
Is there a contract?
No. We do not tie any of our clients into contracts. We hope you’ll stay with us because we bring value to your club not because a legal document says so.
