Card payments cost 2.5% + 20p per transaction, this includes a 1% Clubmate transaction fee.

Direct Debit payments cost 2% per transaction, this includes a 1% Clubmate transaction fee.

For pricing purposes we define members as those who hold an active membership plan within Clubmate. We do not include prospective, cancelled or expired memberships.

For clubs with more than 1000 members, it will be more cost effective to sign up to our Pro plan. Our Pro plan attracts a fixed cost of £1800 per year with unlimited members. A 20% discount is available if your club is affiliated with either Angling Trust or Angling Cymru.

All cards can be personalised with: Club Logo, Club name, Member name, Member number, Expiry date, Membership package & Gate PIN (if applicable)

With our Pay As You Go plan, there is no upfront cost, you will only pay for members as they are added to the database. This includes both online & offline memberships.

An invoice will be sent monthly for the total number of members added and will be collected automatically by Direct Debit.

Your club must agree to pay by Direct Debit if it wishes to sign up to Pay As You Go.

For our PAYG plan, there is no minimum fee. You only pay as and when members buy a membership or you sell a day ticket.
