Is there a set up fee?
Nope. Nothing. Nada. We'll get you set up, trained and ready to roll without any setup fee.
What are the payment transaction costs?
Card transactions are processed via our partner Stripe & cost 2.5% + 20p per transaction. This includes a Clubmate transaction fee of 1%
Who owns my customer data?
You do. You will always remain Data Controllers of your customer data.
Clubmate will be Data Processors and will never have rights to your customer data.
Is training & support included?
Yes it is. Clubmate is designed to be a self-service solution however we are here to offer support too. You will also receive some initial 1-2-1 remote training to ensure you are making the most out of Clubmate.
Do the fees include tax?
Fees are exclusive of VAT
Where does the money go?
To use our online payment options, you will need to setup a Stripe account (for card payments) or a GoCardless account (for direct debits). Both of these companies are FCA regulated and will deposit your funds in to your bank account directly - not via Clubmate. Clubmate will never have access to your funds.
How do I sign up?

Can we pass the fees on to our customers?
Thats entirely up to you. You can either absorb them yourselves or you could increase your fees to cover the cost.
What does 'inclusive day tickets' mean?
Each plan has an inclusive of volume of day ticket sales. This means you can sell up to that amount of day tickets per month without any additional cost. Should you exceed this volume, you will be charged a ticket overage fee for each additional ticket sold (£0.50 / €0.60 per ticket).
Is there a fixed contract?
No. We do not tie any of our clients into contracts.
When do we get charged the fees?
All fees are collected monthly in arrears by Direct Debit.
I have existing data, do you charge to upload it?
No we do not. If you are on our Professional or Elite plan, we will upload your data for free. It is not possible to upload existing data with the Essentials plan.
