Card transactions are processed via our partner Stripe & cost 2.4% + 20p per transaction. This includes a Clubmate transaction fee of 1%
Yes - all bookings managed from within Clubmate attract a booking fee.
Yes it is. Clubmate is designed to be a self-service solution however we are here to offer support too. You will also receive some initial 1-2-1 remote training to ensure you are making the most out of Clubmate.
All cards can be personalised with: Club name, Member name, Member number, Expiry date, Membership package & Gate PIN (if applicable).
Yes. All fees include any Tax payable.

Thats entirely up to you. You can either absorb them yourselves (as you'll get more business anyway!) or you could increase your fees to cover the cost. We will show you how to to do this when during your training.
If your fishery would like to use Clubmate to manage their members as well as booking then yes there is a charge. It is £1.50 per member.
No. We do not tie any of our clients into contracts.
We will collect your booking & new member fees by Direct Debit once a month. You will receive a breakdown of all fees prior to collection (on or just after 1st Month).
No absolutely not. We expect most clients to have existing member data and will do everything we can to help upload it.
