A message from our Founder on supporting clubs through COVID-19

I hope you, your family, friends and colleagues are staying safe and healthy during this difficult period.

Firstly, I want to reassure you that right now, it is business as usual for Clubmate. We are incredibly fortunate to be able to work remotely however we recognise that this is not possible for most clubs, volunteers & your members.

For clubs that haven’t started their renewal process yet, there is no doubt that this crisis will have a big impact on your ability to collect membership revenues – especially if you are not set up to offer members the ability to renew online. 

With this in mind, I want to get the message out there that Clubmate is here to help.

As of now, we are offering any impacted club, who is concerned about membership renewals, with access to Clubmate software free of charge until we get through this crisis. No strings attached. 

We are living in unprecedented times and in my opinion, we should be doing all we can to help each other out – making a profit should be the furthest things from our minds.

So if you are worried about your clubs situation, please get in touch and we will do all we can to help.
